The Transactions table on the Payments page lists every charge and refund across your store, newest first.

Search with whatever you have on hand

One search box covers the ways you’d naturally look something up:
  • a customer’s email or name
  • a card’s last 4 digits (like 4242)
  • a Shopify order number (like #1042)
  • an exact amount — type $49.99 or 49.99 to find every charge of exactly that amount

Filter the list

Filters combine with each other and with search, so “failed Visa charges in the last 7 days” is a couple of clicks:
  • Date — All time, Today, 7 days, 30 days, or pick a custom range from the calendar.
  • Payment account — only the charges processed by one of your accounts (MIDs).
  • Status — succeeded, failed, refunded, or pending.
  • Card brand — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and the rest.

What each row shows

When it happened, the amount, status and type, the card used, the customer, the payment account that processed it, the Shopify order, and the decline code on failed charges. Click a row to open that customer’s profile.
