# Team, roles & permissions

> Invite your team and control exactly what each person can do

Invite teammates to your Apptics workspace and give each person exactly the
access their job needs — nothing more.

## Inviting someone

Send an invite from the team settings by email. They follow the link,
create their account, and land in your workspace with the role you chose.

## Roles

* **Owner** — full access to everything, including billing and team
  management.
* **Account Manager** — broad operational access: orders, customers,
  products, subscriptions, and analytics.
* **Customer Support** — focused on helping customers: viewing customers,
  orders, and subscriptions.
* **Custom** — starts with no permissions; you pick exactly which ones to
  grant.

## Fine-tuning per person

Any member's access can be adjusted individually — grant an extra
permission on top of their role, or revoke one from it. The effective
access is always visible on the member, so there's no guessing.

## Accountability

Sensitive changes — like edits to payment routing — are recorded in your
audit log with who made them and when.
